2022 Vermont Hemp Program Registration

The Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Nutrient and Markets uses an online hemp registration and compliance portal enabling Hemp Program participants to renew or complete a new registration application online, hemp.vermont.gov . A criminal history report must be submitted prior to approving of a hemp grower registration and must be dated within 60 days of the application submission date and payment.This requirement does not utilise to processor only registrants.

The fee to register an indoor tillage surface area, including processing that crop, of

  • 500 foursquare feet or less is $i,000.00; and
  • greater than 500 square feet is $2,000.00.

Once the Bureau receives the complete application and payment it takes approximately ten business days to certify locations and to issue the registration.  Registrations are sent via e-mail to the e-mail address provided to the Hemp Programme.

An applicant may request a2021 hemp registration application PDF course, from the Hemp Plan. Please continue a re-create of the complete submission for your records, including copies of submitted maps.

  • The entire application may exist mailed into the VAAFM along with the payment. If payment is mailed in separate from a complete emailed application grade and map, the fee that is mailed must be accompanied by a copy of the registration class to facilitate tracking of payment.
